Returns
Due to the handmade and fragrant nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your candle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info with:

We'll happily send a replacement or offer a refund.
Lost Packages
If your order was marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please allow 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it's still missing, we'll do our best to assist.

All items are final sale and not eligible for refund or replacement unless defective.
