If Something's Not Quite Right
Due to the handmade and fragrant nature of our candles, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Should that happen, email us within 7 days of delivery at stagesesteem@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos-we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Candle Care Guidelines
For a candle that burns beautifully from the first light to the last.
- Trim before you glow - Keep your wick at ¼ inch for a clean, even burn.
- Let it pool - The first burn should melt the wax to the edges to prevent tunneling.
- Limit burn time - Enjoy for no more than 3-4 hours at a time.
- Choose the right spot - Away from drafts, little hands, curious pets, and anything flammable.
- Know when to say goodbye - Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains.
